Anita is not just any physical therapist. She's got a sixth sense, an intuitive sense about the entire body and can help you connect the dots as to just where the mechanical malfunction begins. In my case I hurt my knee bowling but we tracked that knee injury all the way to weak abdominal and quad muscles, targeting the exact cause.
